JobAlign is an ATS-first resume builder that helps job seekers across Europe land more interviews. Our product ships in 8 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish) and Europe is our core market. We are a small, bootstrapped, fully remote team, and we are hiring our first dedicated growth person.
What you will own
You will own organic acquisition across our markets: per-locale keyword research, international and technical SEO (hreflang, site structure, avoiding cross-language duplication), and running a multilingual content engine. The point is not to write in all 8 languages yourself, but to brief and review content produced by native speakers. You will work directly with the founder, ship fast, and help decide which markets we go deep on first.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years growing organic traffic across multiple European markets
- Strong international SEO skills
- Fluent English and ideally 2 to 3 EU languages
- A clear process for producing quality content even in languages you do not speak yourself
Bonus: experience in HR, recruitment or the job-search space, comfort with analytics and AI tooling.
The details
- Freelance, remote, ~2 to 4 days per week to start, with room to grow
- Indicative day rate: €350 to €500 depending on profile
